CBP Release 3.1 — 15 min 37 sec extended thermal-IR surveillance recording from a CBP Dash-8 patrol aircraft. Raw gimbal-sensor footage of a UAP target held across a long tracking window. Part of the 2-clip "Release 3" pair from the August 2023 CBP FOIA UAP release (389-page document archive). Original recordings span 2019–2023; per-clip metadata not published.
