Description

CBP Release 1 — 1 min 55 sec thermal-IR surveillance clip of an unidentified aerial phenomenon captured by a U.S. Customs and Border Protection DHC-8 "Dash-8" patrol aircraft. A single bright object appears against a dark IR background, tracked briefly by the onboard sensor operator. One of 12 video clips released to the public under FOIA on 2023-08-09 alongside a 389-page operational document archive. CBP did not publish per-clip date or location metadata; original recordings span 2019–2023.
